You play as a member of Inout Inc., an international team of professional exorcists, who have been tasked to perform an exorcism ritual in an old mansion in Madyland. The mansion has been known for its evil presence, and no one has returned from there alive.

The game features a unique exorcism ritual where you must find all the ritual items and perform the exorcism to free the possessed from the ancient evil. The possessed is always hunting, and in moments of rage, he is especially dangerous. You must also avoid his traps while listening carefully to the 3D sound location technology to know where he is. The game also features a cooperative multiplayer mode where you can team up with up to 4 friends or find players on online servers within the game. The built-in voice chat will help you communicate with your team and succeed in your mission.
